THIS CHEELEE CHILD PROTECTION POLICY constitutes a legal
agreement between You (the "User" or "You") and NUTSON LTD., a
company registered under the laws of Seychelles, with its registered
address at Suite 1, Second floor, Sound & Vision house, Francis Rachel
Str., Victoria, Mahe (the "Company", "We" or Cheelee). By using our
platform, You agree to adhere to the terms outlined in this Policy.
The purpose of this policy is to create a framework for safeguarding
children from exploitation and abuse on the Cheelee platform. It aims to
provide clear guidelines for content moderation, enforcement actions,
and reporting mechanisms to ensure the safety and well-being of
minors. This policy also outlines our proactive efforts to prevent harmful
content, monitor user activity, and cooperate with law enforcement
authorities in addressing violations.

1. PROHIBITION OF CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION CONTENT
1.1. Cheelee is committed to ensuring a safe and secure environment for all users,
particularly children. We recognize the critical importance of safeguarding children
from exploitation, abuse, and inappropriate content. This Child Protection Policy
outlines our zero-tolerance stance against child sexual exploitation, describes
the measures we have implemented to monitor and enforce compliance, and
highlights our commitment to cooperating with authorities to protect children and
prevent harm.
1.2. By using our platform, all users agree to adhere to this policy and understand that
violations will result in immediate action, including account suspension, reporting
to law enforcement, and permanent bans.
1.3. Cheelee strictly prohibits any form of content involving the sexual exploitation,
abuse, or endangerment of children. This includes, but is not limited to:
(a) Images, videos, or text depicting child exploitation or abuse.
(b) Content that promotes, glorifies, or normalizes child sexual abuse or
exploitation.
(c) Attempts to groom, solicit, or exploit minors in any way.
(d) Links, advertisements, or external references to content that violates this
policy.
(e) Inappropriate interactions between adults and minors within the platform.
1.4. We enforce a zero-tolerance approach to violations of this policy. Any user found
violating these terms will face immediate account termination, permanent
bans, and may be reported to law enforcement authorities or child protection
organizations for investigation.
1.5. We also reserve the right to actively monitor content for violations through
automated systems and human review, ensuring compliance with this policy. Our
enforcement measures include preventive algorithms to flag suspicious activity and
partnerships with child protection agencies to report illegal content.
2. LEGAL BASIS
2.1. This policy is based on international conventions and frameworks, including but not
limited to:
(a) The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC).

(b) The Optional Protocol on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution, and Child
Pornography.
(c) The Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of Children against
Sexual Exploitation and Sexual Abuse (Lanzarote Convention).
(d) The International Labour Organization (ILO) Convention No. 182 on the
Worst Forms of Child Labour.
(e) Compliance with applicable regional and national laws addressing child
protection and online safety.
3. CONTENT MODERATION AND MONITORING
3.1. We employ content moderation procedures to identify and remove any content
violating our child protection standards. Our system includes automated filters and
manual reviews by trained moderators to ensure compliance with this policy.
3.2. We use machine-learning algorithms and AI-driven tools to scan content in real
time, flagging any suspicious materials for immediate review. Our moderation team
undergoes regular training to stay updated on emerging threats and trends related
to child protection. Content flagged for potential violations is reviewed within 24
hours, and urgent cases are escalated to senior moderators. Additionally, we
evaluate OCSEA (Online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) risks during
product development to mitigate potential vulnerabilities and implement
safer design features.
3.3. Additionally, we may implement periodic audits and assessments to evaluate the
effectiveness of our moderation systems. We also may collaborate with third-party
organizations and industry experts to continuously improve our detection and
enforcement capabilities.
4. SAFEGUARDING MEASURES FOR CHILD PROTECTION
4.1. We have implemented the following measures to protect children within our
platform:
(a) Automatic content scanning to detect violations.
(b) Strict review processes for user-generated content.

4.2. All users must verify their age during the registration process. Users under the
minimum age requirement are prohibited from creating an account.
4.3. We monitor user activity to detect suspicious patterns or interactions, ensuring
swift responses to potential threats.
5. MEASURES AND IMMEDIATE ACTIONS FOR DETECTED
VIOLATIONS
5.1. Any content identified as depicting or promoting child exploitation is immediately
removed from the platform.
5.2. Users associated with such violations will have their accounts permanently
terminated without prior notice.
5.3. All cases involving illegal content or activities may be reported to relevant law
enforcement agencies and child protection organizations. However, due to the
global nature of our operations, we may not always be able to identify the
appropriate jurisdiction for reporting. In such cases, we will take reasonable steps
to determine the best course of action, which may include notifying international
bodies or consulting legal advisors to assess compliance with applicable laws.
5.4. We document all incidents, preserve evidence, and assist authorities in
investigations as required by law.
6. REPORTING VIOLATION
6.1. Users are encouraged to report any content or behavior that may violate this policy.

7.1. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies and relevant organizations to
address any cases of child exploitation or abuse. All verified violations will be
reported immediately to the appropriate authorities.
8. USER MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT
8.1. We actively monitor user activity and interactions to identify suspicious behavior.
Users violating our child protection policies will face:
(a) Immediate removal of the violating content.
(b) Account suspension or termination.
(c) Reporting to law enforcement as necessary.
9. POLICY UPDATES
9.1. We reserve the right to update this policy as needed to comply with legal and
regulatory requirements. Users will be notified of any significant changes through
email or in-app notifications.
